Our People: Complementing Communities

Contented people reflect the communities they work among and model the change you would like to create. They are selected for their flexibility, can-do attitude, communications skills, social and business credentials - usually including postgraduate education &mdash and diverse cultural backgrounds, with many able to work in a second language. All are cleared against police records to work with children and vulnerable adults &mdash responsible, like the clients we aspire to work with.

All our practitioners are being trained in the Common Assessment Framework, in order to ensure learners' needs are met and that they make good progress.
