We work together to embed sustainability in what we do, sharing the risk and reward of developing new projects, products and services. Our people generally fall into two groups:

• Independent change-agents, including advisors, ambassadors and group facilitators, who want help developing and managing a portfolio of work around learning for sustainability.

• Directors of social enterprises who need to develop their organisations to meet local quality frameworks - including embedding learning processes - to market their own products and services, and to broaden their offerings.

Membership Features

Members make an annual investment - including bartering their own services - and earn credits towards a Development Fund, into which our revenues are top-sliced. We agree Terms & Conditions, including licensing and agency arrangements. Repayments are made based upon performance, following formal Association once an individual development programme has been completed.
