Associate Leadership Programme
In a nutshell 1. Each person leads a project to explore an area of particular passion. The focus should be on developing this as a product/service that can be traded externally - eg a course that schools or businesses can buy. As an organisation, our goal is to develop a portfolio of micro-assets.
2. We discuss branding, revenue shares, IP, etc. An Individual Development Plan captures everything, including details of your agreement with the other members.
3. Once the elected body approves your plans, the whole organisation gets behind them. Everyones time in supporting you (the leader) is logged.
4. When money comes in, our share of the revenue goes into an R&D fund (the pot) and at the end of the year, the Pot is shared among all members who helped out across all the projects subject to performance (KPIs) and other criteria.
Investment Credits These are awarded for participation in activities that add value internally - eg quality and business development workshops, writing white papers for external publication.
Associates trade credits among themselves. Subject to performance, they are awarded pay-backs from the R&D pot and can swap for future dividends.
