Active Learning Communities
Learning projects bridge traditional boundaries and encourage broader leadership in creating a shared future.
Learning projects provide employers with a low-risk 'live' context in which to test out new ideas. They hand over conception, implementation, monitoring and evaluation to young people, employees and parents to discover and have fun – individually and together.
Group processes develop participation, communications skills, reflective practice, emotional & eco-literacy. Teams set up and run activities to raise awareness, develop financial literacy and life skills, raise funds, manage carbon, cut bills, and try out new ideas.
