Most youth-led learning projects can be linked to all schools and colleges, from primary to university, by integrating Personal Learning & Thinking Skills (PLTS) that equip young people for future employment and lifelong learning. Motivation of students and employees is often more important than academic ability. For this reason, much attention is paid to helping participants identify their passions and supporting these within the constraints of stakeholders' strategic objectives.
